Our Factory
In our factory, we consistently perform design, printing, embroidery, sewing and finishing.
We also have multiple cooperating factories, so please feel free to contact us regarding multiple lots.
Operator
A dedicated designer will correct the design and data, and manage the print.
Printer
A thermal transfer printer is available. Small lots such as sample creation are supported.
Heat Press
Each sheet is carefully pressed.
Press Machine
A press machine is also available so that it can be cut into the same size and shape. Suitable for multiple lots.
Raser Cut
More complex cuts are possible.
Suitable for small lots.
Embroidery
We have two 6-head embroidery machines. Expressions other than printing are also possible.
Sewing
Carefully sewn by skilled craftsmen.
Cotton Filling Machine
It is a machine that fills stuffed animals with cotton. Small mascots can also be stuffed by hand.
Inspection
We have staff for final processing and inspection. The role of this team is until the needle detector is installed.
